The Purchasing Section is committed to obtaining the most desirable goods and services to meet the County's operational needs, at the lowest possible cost, delivered in a timely manner, and in compliance with Dona Ana County Purchasing Resolution and New Mexico State Procurement Code.

The Dona Ana County Purchasing Section has the responsibility to obtain the most value for the tax dollar in a fair, efficient, and equitable manner. To achieve this objective, Purchasing maintains procedures for obtaining quotes, bids and proposals that will assure the best prices available and that give all suppliers full, fair, prompt and courteous consideration.

Purchasing is dedicated to providing excellent, responsive and courteous service to Dona Ana County Departments, Offices and vendors.
